Email hours (info@ekusparts.com): We respond to emails every day. Please allow 24 hour response time. Most emails are answered much faster especially doing weekdays (Monday through Friday).

  • Shipping & Delivery Using USPS or UPS

    Currently Ekus Parts uses USPS and UPS to deliver all orders.  You may come to our warehouse to pick up your order too. Over 70% of customers’ orders are shipped using 2 or 3 day USPS Priority mail.  Meaning if you order Monday at noon you could receive your order by Wednesday local mail delivery.   • Returns & Replacements

    If you suspect you have received an incorrect item, or damaged, or non-receipt please contact Ekus part by email or call our toll free number during business hours. If you need more information about returning your order click the link provided: Shipping Detail.

  • Ordering

    Ekus Past has Formula FAST order processing – We guarantee your orders will ship within 1 business day. If you order before 1:00 PM local time your order ships the same day, Monday through Friday.

  • Payment

    Ekus Parts accepts PayPal and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover)

  • Viewing Orders

    After placing your order, you will receiving emails during various step in payment, fulfillment, and shipping.  A carrier's tracking number will be emailed to you to you anticipate your order arrival.   • Updating Account Information

    Once you have establish an account with Ekus Parts you can update your information.  By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. We highly suggest if your order is less than 4 hours old that you contact us directly with any changes at 855-358-3587.  Most likely the package has already been picked, pulled and waiting for shipping carrier to load at our warehouse.
